Hibernia National Bank/Hibernia Corporation was the largest commercial bank in Louisiana, with offices in Tennessee and Texas as well, in 1981-1987. As an Assistant Training Officer, Joni assessed departmental training needs and designed computer-based training courses to simulate upcoming mainframe software for 3,000 employees. She also wrote user manuals for all bankwide policies and procedures, translating complex processes into usable, streamlined documents and training aids.

EDITING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR BUSINESSES
Encore Construction Company is one of the largest environmental contractors in the Southeast U.S. They have built, expanded or modified over 250 water and wastewater treatment facilities. In 2010, Joni completed the revision of Encore Construction Company's 400-page policies and procedures manual. This manual is available online for employees for easy access.
