The Winter Haven Library will host a book signing on Saturday, November 5 from noon to 2 p.m. for Author Joni M. Fisher. Her second book in the Compass Crimes Series is North of the Killing Hand. A prequel of South of Justice, this latest novel reveals Nefi Jenkins’ life in Brazil and the tragedy that ultimately brings her to the United States.
